Gender Based Violence(GBV)
Gender-Based Violence remains a serious challenge in South Sudan, with women, girls, and other vulnerable groups often facing abuse, exploitation, and harmful cultural practices. LIDO is committed to preventing GBV by raising community awareness, promoting gender equality, and protecting the rights of survivors. We work with local leaders, government institutions, and development partners to provide psychosocial support, strengthen referral pathways, and empower women and girls to live in safety and dignity while building resilient, inclusive communities.
